Samsung begins new online promotion

The 'Log On and Win' promotion will run till November 5th this year and will offer exciting cutting -edge digital products as prizes including the 180 degree MMS-enabled SGH-V200 camera mobile phone, the SGH- R200 phone, tickets for a private screening at the Metroplex Cinema and music CDs of singing sensation, Assala Nasseri.

To participate in the promotion, consumers have to sign up as members at the Samsung Mobile Fun Club website after collecting their six-digit entry card from the various kiosks/booths placed at the above locations.

Ramdas Rajamani, assiatant manager (sales and marketing), Samsung Gulf Electronics (SGE), said: "Samsung Electronics introduced its highly popular samsung fan club in a move to address the growing interest in its path-breaking mobile phones among the young generation."

"The club which largely comprises young technology and gadget enthusiasts was launched last year in the UAE and boasts as a strong membership base among the region's vibrant mobile community," he added.

This is the first time consumers in the UAE are witnessing a unique login and win promotion as against the regular scratch and win promotions.
