Ramee Group of Hotels & Resorts Set to Launch 15 projects Totalling Dh5 Billion

Ramee Group of Hotels & Resorts currently operates 31 hotels and hotel apartments in UAE, Bahrain, Oman and Indian sub-continent. Ramee is one of the fastest growing chain of hotels in the Middle East in 3 and 4 star category. The group has ambitious plans to enter 5 Star hotel category and real estate developments with an estimated outlay of Dh5 billion across Middle East and India.

The group has already purchased 3 plots, one in business bay, One in Jebel Ali Downtown in Dubai and the other one in Reem Island in Abu Dhabi to construct and launch 5 Star Hotel in each of these locations. In Bahrain, Ramee Group has purchased 4 plots, three in Juffair and one in Seef, for developing one 4 star Hotel, one 5 Star hotel and two furnished hotel apartments (400 rooms). The total estimated cost will be Dh1 billion. Ramee Group has already started construction activities to build one 5 Star Hotel in Bengaluru and two 4 Star hotels in Mumbai and in Pune.
