The Beirut office, the first regional office for Orient Planet outside the Gulf, will allow the company to serve the communication needs of the Lebanese, Syrian and Jordanian markets more efficiently and in close proximity.

“The opening of our Beirut office coincides with the growth of the Lebanese economy. Latest studies have revealed that marketing consultancy is a catalyst for business growth, underlining the central importance marketing and PR hold for today's companies," said Nidal Abou Zaki, Managing Director, Orient Planet PR and Marketing Communications.

"We see Lebanon as a key market with immense untapped potential. Lebanon has a competitive and free market economy which is showing clear signs of recovery,” he added.

“We had conducted a study on the growth prospects of the Lebanese market to assess the feasibility of opening a regional office in Beirut, and the results were extremely positive, as they pointed to a significant economic turnaround over the next few years."

"We have complete faith in the potential of the Lebanese economy, and we look forward to building long-term, successful partnerships with local companies, as well as with Arab and global companies which have set up operations in the country,” Abou Zaki added.

Over the years, a host of blue-chip companies in the Middle East have chosen to leverage the expertise of Orient Planet to boost their communication strategies. The company's client list comprises leading names representing a broad scope of economic activity, including Panasonic, Adobe, Shell, Bosch, Info2cell, Nakheel, Dubai eGovernment, Ducab and the Jebel Ali Free Zone.
