NTS wins excellence award

DUBAI — The Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) in Dubai has recognised NTS, a leading technology services and consultancy company, for its outstanding services for the year 2005.

Shaikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of the Dubai Department of Civil Aviation and Chairman of Emirates Group and Jamal Al-Hai, Director Strategic and Management Excellence and Chairman of Executive Board, presented the award to Gopal Shivkumar, NTS CEO and Director at DCA's 'Eighth Supplier Forum.'

NTS provided DCA/DDF with equipment and service level agreements to include computer hardware, software and associated services utilising international standards. Only the highest quality products and services were provided by NTS, delivered in a timely manner accompanied by immediate and continuous support. The result was an unparalleled ability to meet the business demand with utmost efficiency in cost, time and quality.

NTS and Acer had recently jointly announced winning a three-year mega deal with Emirates Airlines to supply Acer desktop computers to cover Emirates' worldwide requirements.
