New DTK Centrino notebooks

DUBAI - DTK Computer Middle East, manufacturer of personal computers, notebooks and servers has launched a new notebook series featuring Intel Centrino Mobile Technology in the Middle East.

The company launched its new MaxForce 2400 and 8080 notebook models to meet the demands of business people inthe Middle East who are looking for increased mobility.

Intel Centrino Mobile Technology refers to a combination of three of its products- the Pentium M processor, the Intel 855 chipset and the Intel PRO/ Wireless 2100 Network Connection- which when combined enables notebooks to be light and compact, ensures wireless Internet connection and provides extended battery life. Nimer Al Attal, managing director, DTK Computer Middle East said: " DTK is committed to bringing the world's latest technology to the region. The launch of the new Max Force 2400 and 8080 models aims to satisfy the increasing demands of high-profile business executives who are always on the move and need to access the Internet away from their desks."

DTK's MaxForce 2400 and 8080 models are powered by Intel Pentium M processor running at 1.3GHz -1.7GHz. The wireless notebooks also includes comprehensive connectivity and other features including Hi Speed USB 2.0, Infrared, and IEEE 1394a Firewire.
