The introduction of the route follows the success Nasair has enjoyed with its different UAE routes, especially its Jeddah-Abu Dhabi service.

Nasair will continue to use its fleet of young of new-generation Airbus A320 and Embraer E90 for its flights from Abu Dhabi International Airport.

Ahmad Al Haddabi, Senior Vice President Airports Operations, said Abu Dhabi International Airport has been one of the first destinations for Nasair since it began operations three years ago. “We continue our relationship and support Nasair’s growing number of international flights,” he said.

Nasair Chief Executive Officer, Simon Stewart said that ”the new destination comes as part of Nasair’s plan to expand its international route network and airline considers Abu Dhabi to be one of the most important destinations in the Gulf region.“

The new route allows Nasair to facilitate the increasing passenger demand between Saudi Arabia and Abu Dhabi. business@khaleejtimes.com.
