Abdul Aziz Al Serkal, said: "M'sharie is pleased to forge this strategic alliance with a major player from Europe. The joint venture will benefit from Raiffeisen Group's technical capability and vast experience in carrying out major telecommunications networking projects in different parts of Europe. The telecommunications networking market in the Middle East region is undergoing rapid transformation and the current trend presents Syscom Emirates numerous great opportunities in the region." Bernard Isemann, who is also General Manager responsible for managing Syscom Emirates, said: "We are happy to successfully conclude this joint venture deal with M'sharie. We are confident that the relative strengths of the partners, which are complementary in nature, will contribute to the success of the project." The products of Syscom Emirates, established in 2003, have been tested and approved by Etisalat.
