Mohammed Musabah Al Suwaidi, Undersecretary (Information and Management systems) at the Ministry of Finance and Industry, said that the main objective is to assist the business sector to get the best possible services for completing their transactions under one roof.
He pointed out that working hours have been extended to facilitate the private sector which is open till 6.00 p.m.
He said that the ministry's customer service centres are equipped with latest IT systems, to save customers time by completing services like e-dirhams, home tax certificates , industrial licences, custom exemptions and others in minimum possible time.
