Epoc Messe Frankfurt GmbH, organisers of the fair to be held at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre from March 31 -April 2, said despite the recession, Dubai remains a strong market for toy exporters. Epoc Messe said toy manufacturers use Dubai as their distribution hub in the Middle East region as most of their products are re-exported to other countries in the Gulf and Africa.

Dubai’s major re-export destinations include Iran, Iraq, Algeria, Kuwait, Libya, Pakistan, Armenia, Saudi Arabia, Kazakhstan, Bahrain, Azerbaijan and Sudan.
