Dubai - "Tag someone who makes a difference with #youAE."
From Flag Day on November 3 through Martyrs' Day on November 30 up to National Day on December 2 the UAE is commemorating and celebrating the development of one of the most progressive countries in the world. To share in that spirit of National Pride, Mashreq has launched a month long campaign to identify and thank those that have contributed to this nation's ongoing successes. The campaign takes a 360 communications approach embracing staff, customers and the country at large through traditional media, social media as well as in-branch. "Tag someone who makes a difference with #youAE."
AbdulAziz Al Ghurair, CEO of Mashreq, said: "Anyone that has been fortunate enough to live and work in the UAE has contributed in some way to making the UAE the wonderful place that it is. Mashreq is proud to present this campaign that reflects pride, commitment and sense of belonging to this great country."
From UAE Nationals to expatriates; architects to construction workers; surgeons to nurses; pilots to cabin crew; teachers to pupils; and many, many others, a whole community has helped make this country a great place to live and work.
Everyone has a story about someone that embodies why the country has become the success it is. Mashreq's National pride social media campaign is all about sharing those stories and call upon the public to participate and acknowledge the people around them that make this great country possible.
Mashreq launched the campaign with the hashtag #youAE and is using a combination of billboards, hoardings and advertising to raise awareness of the campaign.
The campaign is set to encourage the UAE public to share their stories of inspiration and acknowledge those who make the UAE such a special place. There are hundreds of thousands of people that have contributed to the UAE's success story and this is the perfect time to acknowledge who they are and thank them for the part they played.
Mashreq's #youAE campaign runs through to National Day, December 2nd and stories will be shared across the bank's social media channels and its website.
