Manazel appoints consultants to script 5-year strategic plan
ABU DHABI — Manazel Real Estate, a leading property developer in Abu Dhabi, has signed an agreement with John Lang LaSalle, a well known US company specialising in the field of property market studies, to prepare a five year strategic plan.
The plan aims at developing and executing the company's future 5-year business activities, to making the best use of investment opportunities existing in both the UAE and the region as well as increasing returns from the projects.
"Under the agreement John Lang LaSalle would develop and devise the future 5-year plan, drawing upon the company's vision with regard to investments, projects or marketing," said Mohammed Muhanna Al Qubaisi, chairman Manazel Real Estate. He said that the US company is going to provide economic analyses and market studies on real estate sector besides investment opportunities.
