Located over 160 sq m in the new 2nd floor extension of Emirates Towers Boulevard, the Dh2.3 million T Junction has been positioned to join the mall's high profile brand names. Brian Hutton, Leasing Director, Emirates Towers said T Junction has created a space that portrays a feeling of openness and light from its location within the mall.

Alex Andarakis, F&B Marketing Director, Unilever Arabia and Lipton Brand Director, North Africa, Middle East and Turkey, said: "T Junction has become in reality the energising and comfortable F&B outlet we envisaged with creator and master franchiser Thomas Klein Intl. The Emirates Towers store is a credit to the entire team. It has successfully translated Lipton goodness into an environment that will bring together young-minded people looking for simple ways to live better."

Daniel During, Managing Partner, Thomas Klein, said T Junction was conceived as a perfect investment opportunity for investors and franchisees across the Gulf, with a modern and flexible concept that meets the expectations of the Middle Eastern customer while being equally at home in Riyadh or Istanbul.

"The new store has perfectly adapted to fit its first location between the Emirates Towers office building and hotel with a notable absence of doors or walls. The clear expanse of this T Junction outlet reflects the openness of the Lipton brand and creates a perfect place to see and be seen," said During.

Unilever closely followed the development of T Junction's food and beverage offerings with Thomas Klein's Dubai-based team that developed the tea-inspired menu.
