RIYADH - Lebanon’s Prime Minister Omar Karameh, who arrived in Saudi Arabia yesterday, discussed relations between the two countries with Saudi leaders, the SPA official news agency reported.
Karameh, who took office in late October, is on the first leg of a Gulf tour aimed at strengthening ties and sourcing cheap oil. He held separate meetings with the Custodian of the Two Holy Shrines King Fahd bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, de facto leader of the oil-rich kingdom. Discussions focused on “means of cooperation between the two countries,” SPA reported.
