The 45-storey complex named Grosvenor House, Dubai, after the Le Meridien Grosvenor House in Park Lane, London will have 218 suites and 206 two-and three-bedroom apartments.

Pam Wilby, general manager, Grosvenor House said: "Grosvenor House, Dubai is set to provide an exclusive address and exclusive lifestyle in the upcoming Dubai Marina, which has been earmarked by developers as the lifestyle hub of Dubai."

Located close to Le Royal Meridian Beach Resort & Spa, the new project will be custom designed to reflect the essence of Arabia fused with latest technology and design. "Grosvenor House, Dubai will be second-to-none, reflecting a position of sheer luxury and exclusivity in the hospitality sector," Shaikh Ahmed said in a statement.

While the property will primarily be a business hotel, its guests will have access to all facilities of the beach front Le Royal Meridian Beach Resort & Spa.

"The project is set to create new dimensions in the industry, not just because of its stunning interiors but also in the quality and style of service. In fact, I can see the project's many contemporary signature elements - both bricks and mortar and in staff attitude - creating new buzz-words in the global hospitality industry," Wilby added.

The complex will feature a huge multi-use ballroom, boardrooms, syndicate break-out rooms, a business support centre and a 24-hour butler service for both hotel and apartment guests. The project will have personal grooming floor - including health and spa facilities - as well as seven food and beverage outlets and a shopping court.
