DUBAI — German hotel group Bavaria Hotels International will open the largest all-suite hotel in the Middle East, North Africa and Europe in late 2006 — the Bavaria Executive Suites Dubai.
The Dh1.5 billion project of 30 million square feet will be located within the Dubai Media Free Zone. The two-floor towers are adjacent to Shaikh Zayed Road, connected threw a bridge.
"Regarding the attractive growth rate of the regional tourism industry we chose the AGCC for our ambitious expansion plan. We are committed to bring our luxurious suites design and high-end guest service to costumers in the Middle East," Thomas Gertz, CEO Bavaria Hotels International told Khaleej Times.
The hotel features 2100 one, two and three bedroom suites which are furnished and fully equipped. The hotel also hosts a wellness spa, two swimming pools and a fitness club, besides a business centre and a shopping arcade.
The concern is also planning a suite hotel in Doha. The total area of the Qatar hotel will be 50 per cent higher than in Dubai.
