The new technology enables customers to experience a detailed and lifelike "walkthrough" of their prospective property from one convenient location.
Outlining the benefits of this technology, which was showcased at CityScape 2005, Robert Lovett, Managing Partner Landmark Properties, said: "Growth of Dubai's property market has been accelerating at such a tremendous rate that it has called on the industry to start developing innovative ways to cater to the demand of customers more efficiently."
He observed that driving around the UAE to view multiple properties can be a lengthy and tiring experience.
"This software, which covers select developments, offers the convenience and accessibility that allows the user to navigate their way through a 3D model of the potential living space and surrounding locale as well. You can actually see the property all the way up from a bird's eye view, down to the details of each room," he explained.
He added, "Based on the positive feedback we received last week at a special preview of the technology, we are confident that our customers will benefit greatly from this service."
