Land transactions in Dubai top Dh239.42m
DUBAI — The total value of land transactions in Dubai yesterday peaked at Dh239.42 millions, of which sales exceeded Dh144 million. The total value of mortgages during the period was Dh95.56 million, according to the Land Department.
A total of 11 sale transactions were registered with the Department by the end of the day, the most valuable of which was a plot in Emirates Hills Second that was sold for Dh70 million. The next two most prominent sales saw a second plot in Al Nahda First acquired for the sum of Dh20.943 million and another in Naif for Dh20 million.
