India’s leading banks and asset management companies will be participating in the event and experts will brief non-resident Indians, or NRIs, at seminars about investment options in India.

With the sharp decline of the Indian rupee, remittances to the country are soaring as Gulf-based NRIs seek lucrative investment opportunities. Interest rates in India have also hardened of late, ensuring good returns for NRIs.

The participants include Central Bank of India, Federal Bank, Karur Vysya Bank, Tamil Nadu Mercantile Bank, State Bank of Travancore, Union Bank of India, Kotak Mahindra Bank and DSP BlackRock MF.
