The Dh450-million Al Hilal Tower, which was launched on Tuesday night, will be completed by 2010. It is a 55-storey project of offices and residences that promises to be a major development in the emirate.

"Our vision is to position Kasb as a leading regional brand in the real estate and hospitality development sector, and the Al Hilal Tower is a manifestation of this vision," said the company's chief executive, Yousef bin Hatem.

The statement said that Kasb has established a strong relation with its clients by providing personalised products and services and low-cost alternatives.

"The client is always at the forefront of every project we execute, and solution-oriented designs are always an integral part of our developments," Bin Hatem said.

Kasb is the developer of the residential-cum-commercial Al Salam Tower in Ajman, whose units were sold out on the day it was launched. It recently launched a community project consisting of 6,000 villas between the districts of Aden and Lahji in Yemen.
