Kanoo Group to fill 20 vacancies at Careers show
DUBAI - The Kanoo Group, a leading business house in the Gulf region and winner of the DUBAI Human Development Award 2002, is planning to fill 20 immediate vacancies from candidates visiting its stand during Careers UAE 2003, the countries largest Career Fair for UAE Nationals.
Shababona, the Kanoo Group Emiratization Program, is built around four key areas: Career Planning, Higher Education Support, Local & Overseas Training and On-the-Job Training ( Exposure to the corporate world) has proved to be on of the successful programs in the private sector.
Maha Kanoo, General Manager Administration of the Kanoo Group, said: " We believe that continuous education and work based learning are the core areas to enhance Emiratisation, that is why we provide our UAE National employees with individual training developmemt plan along with the Job description. Moreover, we are working contiuously to provide them with an environment that encourages to learn and grow."
