In its continued efforts to help Kerala recover from the ravages of flood, Kalyan Silks has made another substantial contribution to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund.
T.S. Pattabhiraman, chairman and managing director, Kalyan Silks, handed over the cheque for Rs20 million to the Chief Minister of Kerala Pinarayi Vijayan. Executive directors of Kalyan Silks Prakash Pattabhiraman and Mahesh Pattabhiraman were also present on the occasion. Kalyan Silks had already made a contribution to the tune of Rs4 million earlier this month.
"It is our duty to extend a helping hand to our home state when it is in dire straits and I sincerely hope more and more individuals and organisations will come forward to help rebuild Kerala," Pattabhiraman said.
