The forum, headed by Abdulqader O. Ali, manager, Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement, Dubal, aims to initiate and assist members in establishing Suggestion Scheme within their organisation.

The main objective of the group is to create an awareness of the scheme, implementation, evaluation process, award structure, audit system, and benchmarking statistics which would effectively improve the business profits and quality of services.

A meeting is held every first Sunday of the month at 1pm at the DQG office to discuss issues relating to Suggestion Scheme.

Membership is open to the business community and members of DQG are automatically nominated to the group. "Ideas Arabia aims to be in par with organisations such as Ideas.UK (UK) and EIA (USA) to host yearly events and competitions thereby focusing on bringing in more organisations to join us. Speakers from local and International forums would be invited to make presentations and share their expertise," said Abdulqader O Ali.
