The CIO Forum event sees the Chief Information Officers of some of the Middle East's leading government and corporate entities converging on Dubai just before the GITEX 2003 exhibition. "The CIO Forum is a two-day event that aims to share case studies, best practices and visionary technologies with top IBM customers and other top CIOs in the Middle East region. We've fielded a really strong team from IBM's EMEA and worldwide operations so that we are able to share some strong trategic viewpoints and present a truly valid forward path with the Middle East's leading technology users," said Samer Shaar, General Manager of IBM Middle East and North Africa.
