Hyundai Azera launched

DUBAI — Juma Al Majid Est, the sole distributor of Hyundai vehicles in UAE, recently launched the new Hyundai AZERA four-door sedan for distribution within the UAE.

Combining high quality construction and engineering with European style and meaningful technology, including Electronic Stability Program (ESP), the all-new AZERA is aimed at raising Hyundai to the ranks of first choice autos in the mature executive car segment.

Designed to compete directly against established European competitors in the E-segments, the AZERA offers refinement, high build quality and distinctive European design. Bearing a family resemblance to the 2005 Sonata, the AZERA also benefits from the increased level of sophistication which this car brought to the overall Hyundai product line-up.

In terms of exterior styling, the company has focused on achieving a harmonic, elegant yet expressively classic ambience.

"The new Azera is designed to offer customers more room and comfort. It provides the driver with higher performance, better handling, a smoother ride," commented Mr. Isam Abu Nabah, general manager of Juma Al Majid Est.

"The new Azera is a 'next-generation' Hyundai which builds on the enormous progress we have made with the Sonata." Performance is guaranteed by the new 3.3 litre all-aluminium DOHC V6 offering 171.4kW at 6,000rpm with 31kg.m torque at 3,500rpm. AZERA car is equipped with the smooth and sophisticated Hyundai 5-speed electronically control automatic gearbox, with H-matic offering clutchless gear-shifting.

In terms of road holding, stability and handling precision, the new AZERA has been the focus of intensive development input.
