DUBAI — At the ongoing Cityscape exhibition, High Rise Properties announced the launch of Dh3 billion High Rise Boulevard.
A 10-tower residential and commercial building, High Rise Boulevard will consist of four commercial high rises including a hotel, hotel apartment and office space buildings as well as six residential towers. Located within Jumeirah Village South (JVS), the development is designed to appeal to investors and end-users alike.
Spanning one main boulevard within Jumeirah village, the project will also include car parks, retail stores, restaurants, coffee bars, and bookstores along green-lined streets.
"High Rise Boulevard is a community designed to capture the best characteristics of Arab and Western cultures," said Abdul Hakim Al Tayer, chairman High Rise Properties.
Jumeirah village is is in close proximity to the Jebel Ali airport and the Dubai international airport, as well as the Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Burj Dubai, the Dubai Mall and other major landmarks.
High Rise is a Dubai-based real estate company. It is involved in several projects in UAE and the region including 'The Wave Business Tower','Dorna', 'The Orchid', 'Rotating Residences', 'The Heights Business Tower' and 'Al Jerf Gardens'.
High Rise's investments exceed Dh20 billion. It has also plans to develop projects in Jordan, Pakistan, Iran, Turkey and India.
