Gargash unveils details of The Design House
Gargash Real Estate, in league with LW Design Group, has launched the details of The Design House
A unique development located within Dubai's Technology, Electronic Commerce and Media Free Zone (TECOM). It will be completed in the first quarter of 2005 and will have all modern amenities including private underground car parking, four high-speed elevators, swimming pool and other leisure facilities.
The Design House will be exclusively developed for leading architects, interior designers and related suppliers of furniture, fabrics, lighting and accessories. It will comprise a selection of highly specified retail spaces, studios, workshops and large duplex offices as well as seven fashionable duplex apartments. There will also be an exhibition space and a designers cafe on the ground floor with a landscaped garden.
Rabih Karam, business development and marketing manager for Gargash Real Estate, said: "We have spoken at length to the design community and we are confident that The Design House will provide the ideal focused working environment for design professional. As well as being ideally located in the heart of New Dubai, it offers the practical benefits of world class servicing , IT support as well as the numerous benefits associated with basing a new or existing business in a free-zone."
It has been designed by Arif and Bintoak consulting architects and LW Design Group. Morten Hansen, managing partner for LW Design Group, said: "We have this building with designers in mind. The working space has been carefully considered and the floors can be subdivided into large offices or small studios depending on the company's individual needs."
Gargash Real Estate is now booking for The Design House offices and retail spaces and offering a special discount of 20 per cent during the very first launch.
