Goldgenie to create customised versions of the next iPhones - and there will be only 23 of them

Goldgenie's back and, as always, they don't want you to just be among the first to get your hands on the next iteration of the iPhone - they want you do it with flair (and a hefty price).
The British maker of luxury corporate gifts announced that it will be producing customised versions of the next Apple flagships - with 24k gold, of course - set to be launched next month and which the company "believe(s) will be named the Xs and X Plus".
There's a little catch, though: on the occasion of Goldgenie's 23rd year, the luxury 'iPhone Xs' will be limited to only 23 units, each numbered 1 to 23 and stamped with the Gold standard Assay Hallmark at Goldsmiths Hall in London.
Added perk: owners will receive top membership tier for the the Goldgenie Concierge service, giving access to a 24/7/365 VIP service catered to by their very own dedicated concierge team.
No prices were indicated on the company's release, but Goldgenie says new orders can be secured with 'just' a 50 per cent deposit.
But allow us to give you a clue: last year, when Goldgenie announced its offer for the iPhone 8, a 4.7-inch iPhone 6s in gold fetched around Dh11,500, while the iPhone 6s Diamond Rockstar Limited Edition costed around a whopping Dh46,500.
Curiously, an attempt to visit Goldgenie's website, as at posting time, returned a 'timed out' error.
Maybe a lot of people have gotten wind about the chance to get elite iPhone status and are hurrying to secure their orders?
