Expansion of Jafza starts
DUBAI - Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority (Jafza) recently started the infrastructure works and expansion of the second part of Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafz) in the area opposite Shaikh Zayed Road according to a senior Jafza official.
Shehab Sultan Mesmari, regional manager - Americas & Africa at Jafza, said that the expansion was urged by good response from local and global companies to the free zone, which currently has 3,800 companies in various activities and covering most of economic sectors.
Jafza signed an agreement with Sherwin Williams Company to lease a 555 square metres distribution centre as a part of its expansion plan.
