Etisalat's portal offers customers easy access

DUBAI - Etisalat has announced that customers can access its virtual branch 'Etisalat4me' from anywhere at and perform a series of commercial transactions securely which includes services related to billings, renewing Wasel and subscriptions.

Customers who are travelling or on holiday can use this free service to maintain their connectivity from Etisalat as and when needed.

Mohammed Al Fahim, executive vice-president, Marketing, Etisalat, said: "We have created a virtual channel for our customers that will enhance their involvement and convenience with Etisalat and take it to a higher level. As you know, usage and penetration of the Internet within the region is the highest in the UAE. We expect them to adopt this virtual channel in large numbers to improve their personal efficiency and save time and effort. They can rest assured that their transactions are taking place in the most secure online environment and their privacy and the safety of sensitive information is guaranteed by Etisalat."

Apart from payment of bills, subscribe to supplementary services, customers can also perform different activities such as account management functions like linking all their different Etisalat accounts, change details like contact address and get consolidated listings of all their Etisalat accounts.

They can even order recharge, renew their Wasel accounts and order new Wasel Sim Cards (Wasel4me), using a credit card. All these transactions can be completed by registering online and log in using a simple registration process and get instant access to Etisalat's various facilities and services. However to view their call details they are required to visit the nearest Etisalat Business Centre once to get their identity verified.
