Etisalat launches portal service for Al Ain, Al Wasl

Available in Arabic, the service for both clubs also provides fans with the clubs’ fixtures, registered players and their profiles, match details, facts and figures and wallpapers for downloading to their mobile phones. The service has a special service video section that will thrill customers with on-demand clips and download options from featured match clips and interviews.

The mobile portal service for both clubs is available at a cost of Dh7 per week and SMS alerts at a cost of Dh4 per week.

“For smartphone customers, the service usage will be considered as regular Internet surfing, using the customer’s data package subscription. Unlimited Blackberry customers will not be charged data usage for this service,” said Khalifa Al Shamsi, senior vice president of marketing, Etisalat.
