Etisalat deploys CA-ME's Unicenter in Ajman

DUBAI Computer Associates Middle East (CA-ME) has announced that Etisalat's Contact Centre in Ajman has successfully deployed its Unicenter as their network and systems management tool.

This system, utilising several key modules of CA's Unicenter Enterprise Management Solution Set, works to monitor and manage the Contact Centre's network and helps Etisalat deliver better services to customers, CA-ME said.

Unicenter Network and Systems Management enables the Contact Centre to monitor activities on its system from a central point of control, thereby reducing administrative costs. A Performance Management module supplies essential information about the Contact Centre's IT infrastructure, provides real-time reports on any status changes on the network and detects unusual system behaviour. Additionally, it provides a problem prediction function, which automatically indicates potential problems, the probability of their occurrence and the timeframe in which they may occur. "A well-managed IT infrastructure is the cornerstone of a successful organization in today's increasingly competitive market place," said Abdulaziz Al Salloum, Managing Director of Computer Associates Middle East.
