"We are looking forward to participating at Cityscape for the first time and we are very eager to personally meet with our customers and potential customers," said Abid Junaid, Executive Director, ETA Ascon Group of Companies. "We want to help improve the lifestyle of all members of the community," he added.

ETA Star's announcement of the new project to be situated in Business Bay has seen them as the first property developer to formally acknowledge participation in Business Bay. The 31-storey tall office tower with 6 floors of car parking is slated to be designed by Singapore's internationally acclaimed Architects 61.

Other properties which will be promoted by ETA Star at the event include 23 Marina & Liberty House. Built as a joint venture between Hiranandani Constructions Ltd and ETA Star, 23 Marina is an exclusive 90 storey high magnificent structure that will home occupants in two and three bedroom apartments and duplexes designed to the highest level of quality.

"We are very proud of this project and see it as the benchmark for exclusive high rise properties in the region. Joining up with Hiranandani for this venture has proved very beneficial to us, which in turn is an advantage that we can pass on to our customers," said Junaid.

Liberty House is designed to be an architectural landmark located in the Dubai International Financial Centre. Rising to 166 metres, the development consists of eleven floors of offices, and twenty floors of residential apartments, which include studios, duplex studios, one and two bedroom apartments as well as two bedroom duplexes.
