Emirates Sunland includes Sky Home Residence
DUBAI - Emirates Sunland Group has announced the launch of its 'Sky Home Residences', a collection of penthouse-quality residential suites ranging up to 2,987 sq ft in the landmark Dh660 million D1 tower, located in Culture Village, says a Press release.
Already 70 per cent of the 80-storey luxury development has been sold with the majority of buyers being expatriates and investors from Iran, India, UK and Russia. D1 was the first Emirates Sunland Group residential development in Dubai, and is the sister development to the award winning Q1 - the world's tallest residential tower on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. Construction on D1 commenced in January 2007 and completion is expected by late 2010.
