The company will present its spectacular urban development Burj Dubai District featuring the iconic Burj Dubai tower and The Dubai Mall, world's largest shopping and entertainment mall at the show.

Naaman Attalah, director of sales, Emaar Properties, said: “As the Middle East's premier property development company, this is our second consecutive participation in this regional trade and business forum. Our master planned developments have been extremely popular among those who value world-class lifestyle. Indians constitute a substantial percentage of our homeowners and investors and our participation will only serve to further strengthen the bond between India and the UAE.”

Emaar is currently developing two major projects in the southern city of Hyderabad in India including the Hyderabad Convention Centre and Boulder Hills, a world-class leisure and residential community. Both projects estimated to cost Dh492 million, are being developed in partnership with the government of Andhra Pradesh.

Naaman added that India's achievements over the last few years have effectively seen the country's re-emergence as a major regional player. The two-way trade between the two nations has steadily increased and today India ranks as one of the UAE's key trading partners and a prime source of inward investment.

“India is a fast growing economy and it is the right time to re-emphasise UAE's resources to the India's vast pool of investors.” he said.
