Emaar Properties unveils Boulevard Central 2
DUBAI — Emaar Properties has added a new residential tower, the Boulevard Central 2, to its up-and-coming Downtown Burj Dubai development. The 22-storey high-rise tower is located directly on the Boulevard, which will form a nerve centre with an array of restaurants and retail outlets.
Several banks are offering home finance support to purchase the studios or one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments in Boulevard Central 2.
Boulevard Central 2 is in close proximity to Burj Dubai, on course to becoming the world's tallest tower, and is in easy access of The Dubai Mall, one of the world's largest shopping and entertainment destinations, and Burj Dubai Square, the exclusive commercial component of Downtown Burj Dubai. It is also close to the Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City and Knowledge Village — all key growth areas in the city.
