The leading property development company, met with its local sales agents recently to discuss additional measures that the company could take to streamline procedures and simplify processes, ultimately ensuring a mutually beneficial working relationship.
At a meeting held at Emaar's head office, the company and its agents came up with several amendments to the existing local agent contract and announced a revamped Agent Advantage Programme. Effective immediately, the programme is aimed at facilitating the agent registration process, enhancing sales procedures and rewarding outstanding sales achievement.
"We consider our sales agents as part of our sales team and strive to keep an open line of communication with them to ensure that we address concerns or queries on a regular basis. Meetings like these are designed to create a win-win situation for all parties and we will continue to explore new ideas for an effective and efficient sales process," said Bahiya Kayed, Assistant Director of Sales, Emaar Properties.
