"The UAE is a global hub and we cater to global citizens who look for  short-term luxury living. The disruption in short-stay aims to provide global travellers exceptional stays in elegant homes handpicked by Emaar in their integrated communities," said Alabaar .
Emaar has a very futuristic approach as it targets millennials, who use Dubai as a gateway to tap the entrepreneurial test-bed and explore opportunities of growth in the UAE. The investors have every reason to rejoice as the brand taps into timely avenues of  growth and development.
The launch of  Ease, witnessed influx of brokers in a packed hall, curious to know about future launches. A report from knight frank states, Dubai is expecting 25 million visitors in 2020 and will be #1 most visited city by 2025 with a average stay of 4 nights in 2019. 
For guests, Ease by Emaar will provide hotel-grade housekeeping and amenities and digital mobile concierge. Other amenities offered to guests include unlimited Wi-Fi, a welcome pack, and on-demand Google Smart Home devices such as Chromecasts for streaming entertainment channels and others. Guests can also get an 'Ease Pass,' which provides offers and deals to the city's major attractions. This includes U by Emaar special upgrades, discounts on Emaar hospitality restaurants, and deals to Emaar entertainment attractions such as At The Top, Burj Khalifa, Reel Cinemas and others.
Emaar-owned Ease provides an end-to-end property management service, including property setup, reservations management, guest hosting, housekeeping, maintenance, government licensing, and distribution of the listing across Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, and over 50 other channels. 
Ease by Emaar lists handpicked homes from Emaar communities where the service is completely managed by Emaar Properties. For investors, the developer provides end-to-end property management service including property setup, reservations management, guest hosting, housekeeping, maintenance, government licensing, to distribution of the property. The brand's aim is to help its investors capitalise on an emerging new business models to earn substantial returns.
Under the new model, investors have the option to stay in their apartment or an apartment similar to theirs (depending on the availability) for 14 calendar nights a year for free, giving them the flexibility to visit Dubai anytime they wish. If they wish to stay for more than 14 calendar nights, Ease plans to offer them an extended stay at discounted prices.
The global property developer and provider of premium lifestyles, also unveiled 'South Beach', a premium residential beachfront development in Emaar Beachfront. Comprising of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments with exquisite furnishings, this will be the first waterfront development to be listed on Ease by Emaar for visitors to experience the epitome of leisure, comfort and lavish living.
Residents of South Beach can also engage in water-sports activities and various lifestyle amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness centre and an extensive choice of play areas for children. Investors in this development will have the option to let Ease by Emaar manage their property at no additional cost for the first three years post-completion.
