The launch of Ease, witnessed influx of brokers in a packed hall, curious to know about future launches. A report from knight frank states, Dubai is expecting 25 million visitors in 2020 and will be #1 most visited city by 2025 with a average stay of 4 nights in 2019.
For guests, Ease by Emaar will provide hotel-grade housekeeping and amenities and digital mobile concierge. Emaar-owned Ease provides an end-to-end property management service, including property setup, reservations management, guest hosting, housekeeping, maintenance, government licensing, and distribution of the listing across Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, and over 50 other channels.
Ease by Emaar lists handpicked homes from Emaar communities where the service is completely managed by Emaar Properties.
