DUBAI — Dubai Properties has turned its marketing attention on Eastern Europe and Russia with a view to make the economically emerging region better aware about the high-potential investment and residential opportunities at its various developments in Dubai.
The developer will be participating for the first time at the Realtex Moscow from May 25 to 28. "Realtex Moscow is the largest show of its kind in Russia and Eastern Europe and deals primarily with investments, construction and real estate," said Hashim Al Dabal, chief executive officer of Dubai Properties. "The show will be the perfect platform from which to re-emphasise and re-energise our marketing and promotional efforts in this vast region of the world. Russia and Eastern Europe have recovered from past rigours and their economies are growing rapidly creating much wealth," he said.
"Dubai was one of the first locations worldwide that benefited from the new entrepreneurial spirit that has spread across the region and now it is time that we went there to better explain what we can offer to those who want to enjoy a second home in Dubai or who wish to diversify their investments," he added.
Dubai Properties has taken up a 45 square metre stand at the show, which will be artistically designed to reflect the rich heritage of Arabian culture while at the same time providing an idea of what Dubai is all about.
Developments that will be highlighted at the Moscow show are Dubai Properties' upscale beach resort lifestyle Jumeirah Beach Residence, new region's business capital Business Bay, and the Spanish style The Villa community development next to the region's most comprehensive tourism, entertainment and leisure complex at Dubailand.
