Dubai Municipality awards Live’ly

DUBAI - Live’ly, the largest establishment in nutrition and healthy food catering in the UAE and Jordan, has gone a long way since its official opening in November 2005.

On December 29, Dubai Municipality — Food Control Department honoured Live’ly for being the Best Establishment in Implementing PIC (Person in Charge) Programme — Large Establishment Category — in 2011. Live’ly received a trophy and a certificate in this respect during a ceremony held in Burj Khalifa.

Live’ly Cuisine, a 2000sqm industrial kitchen, is ISO 22000 certified and follows high standards of food safety and hygiene. The kitchen team attends regular food hygiene trainings and the team of chefs is consistently present at all Culinary Art seminars and workshops for skill improvements in fine cuisine.

Live’ly is the leader in its comprehensive approach to weight management, its dedicated and proficient team of dieticians and its recently awarded State of the Art Healthy Cuisine.

Live’ly mission is to spread nutrition awareness and provide outstanding healthy catering to the entire Arab region and that’s where it’s heading. Live’ly started in Dubai and has now several branches in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and a newly inaugurated branch in Amman Jordan; Live’ly growth plans for 2012 involve new branches all over the MENA… and the sky is the limit.
