Dubai bank awards

DUBAI - Dubai Bank on Saturday announced that it has been recognised for its excellence in two categories at the 2010 edition of the Middle East Call Centre awards.

The event awarded Dubai Bank the top performer in the categories of Best Recession-Busting Programme and Best Retention and Motivation Programme.

The awards were received by Dubai Bank Senior Vice-President for Ebanking Channels Syed Zia Islam and Contact Centre Manager Hossein Karimi.
