The shows will also have 14 co-participants, comprising Dubai-based hotels and hotel apartments, tour operators, travel companies, in addition to the Department of Civil Aviation (DCA), who will be focusing on Dubai as a destination for all seasons and purpose.

These roadshows will act as a catalyst and a channel to place Dubai at the centrestage of the European travel trade market. The department is expecting nearly 700 travel trade visitors during the roadshows.

The DTCM will have an award for 'The Best Co-Participant Workshop Presentation' during the roadshows, which will be based on attractiveness, creativity, display tidiness, professional approach to clients and interaction between clients and co-participants.

The first phase of the roadshows will take place on October 25 in Prague followed by a roadshow on October 26 in Budapest and conclude with one in Warsaw on October 27.

The DTCM organised a pre-event meeting for the co-participants of the roadshows to discuss the arrangements and share views with them. The meeting was addressed by DTCM Manager, Overseas Promotions, Khalifa Ali Buamaim. Raffle draws will be conducted in each city for two winners for a Dubai holiday tour during the roadshows.
