This year marks the DTCM’s 16th consecutive year of participation at the Middle East’s largest travel trade and tourism exhibition and conference. To accommodate a larger number of co-participants, the DTCM has increased the size of its stand to 1,220.69 square metres.

More than 137 Dubai-based travel and tourism companies are going to promote inbound and outbound products and services from the DTCM stand in the four-day exhibition. More than 200 officials from participating companies have attended the pre-fair briefing, as part of the preparation for the mega event. This year, key Dubai Government entites, the Dubai Naturalisation and Residency Department, Dubai Healthcare City and Roads and Transport Authority will be partnering with the DTCM at its huge stand.

The Atabian Travel Market, which attracted more than 22,000 visitors, is expected to reflect the vibrancy in the region’s tourism industry. Saleh Al Gazairy, DTCM Director for Overseas Promotions, said: “The travel and tourism industry is growing, reflected in our last year’s hotel statistics. We expect a higher growth this year and as part of the travel and tourism partners, we want all of you to remain part of this growth.”business@khaleejtimes.com
