DSO to Showcase Projects at Cityscape India
DUBAI — Dubai Silicon Oasis, or DSO, will showcase its Cedre Villas project within the 7.2-square km state-of-the-art integrated technology park at Cityscape India 2009, India’s largest business-to-business real estate investment and development exhibition and conference.
The third edition of Cityscape India will be held from December 9-11 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai.
Key governmental authorities, major investors and developers involved in the design and construction of massive public and private commercial property developments are expected to converge in Mumbai for the event.
The Dh1.55-billion villa development comprising the luxury villas, executive villas, twin villas, and town houses will be distinct for its three architectural models – modern, traditional, and Islamic. The 1,047-unit Cedre Villas project is part of a comprehensive urban community at DSO that joins office towers, research and development and industrial zones, educational institutions, luxury apartments, villas, hotels, healthcare facilities and a wide range of lifestyle options.
DSO’s participation at Cityscape India 2009 promotes its mission of meeting the professional and residential requirements of all companies operating within the high-tech park.
