The company has recently signed a joint venture ownership agreement with Jaya Holdings Ltd Singapore for two vessels the DJM Fortune 3 and DJM Fortune 5 that are going to be managed by DMS in Qatar. The acquisition of additional vessels into the Joint Venture is being discussed.

Currently, DMS has on charter a fleet of 15 vessels in Qatar including a Jack-Up Accommodation barge and vessels we have spot chartered from other owners due to none being available within our own fleet that has 100 per cent occupancy. The fleet will be extended to about 30 vessels within the next three years, and make DMS a recognised force in the international marine Industry.
