Direct English signs pact with Dubai Customs

DUBAI - Direct English (r), has signed an agreement with Dubai Customs to provide more than 150 employees with English language skills. As per the agreement, Direct English (r) the specialised English training entity of Humansoft Group will be delivering English language training for Dubai Customs employees.

This partnership is a result of serious efforts by both Dubai Customs and Direct English (r) to contribute to the development of services offered by government authorities due to the modernisation process undergoing by the authority and the increasing demand for unique services in Dubai being the largest business spot in the Middle East and the region.

The training will be based on results obtained after conducting assessment tests for the employees. This system adopts a mix of techniques that make the learning process easy and enjoyable, such techniques are; Tutorial Sessions, Conversation Sessions, Multimedia Lab Sessions, Progress Tests, Learner Self Study and Business correspondence.
