DIHRD to host forum on risk management
DUBAI - The Dubai Institute for Human Resource Development (DIHRD) announced that it is organising a one-day forum on best practices in risk management with a focus on corporate strategy; finance; health, safety, and environment; and others, as part of its commitment to enable public and private sector enterprises achieve organisational excellence.
To be held at its premises in Dubai, on March 27, the forum invites speakers from the Dubai Department of Health and Medical Services, Emirates Petroleum Products Company (EPPCO), and Acer, Emaar, and others.They will spotlight current issues in risk management, providing insights from their practical experience to expand attendees' knowledge on the trends and challenges specific to their sectors. Mohammed Jassim, CEO of DIHRD, said: "The forum aims to spread awareness on risk and emergency management, which are special focus areas under the excellence awards and programmes. We seek to introduce participants to the importance of preparing clear-cut policies and integrated risk management mechanisms."
