DIB celebrates 30th anniversary
DUBAI — Under the patronage of Shaikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE Minister of Finance and Industry, Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) celebrated its 30th Anniversary at a mega evening held yesterday at the Dubai International Convention Centre (DICC) in the presence of officials and prominent personalities.
At the occasion, Shaikh Hamdan honoured a number of personalities and companies including Shaikha Fatima bint Mubarak, wife of the late Shaikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and president of UAE Women's Association; Dubai Department of Civil Aviation and Emirates Group; Dubai Holding; Dubai Ports Customs and Freezone Corporation; Dubai Electricity and Water Authority; Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority; Islamic Development Bank; Enoc; Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority; Dolphin Energy; and Haj Saeed Lootah.
