Sajjad M Rashid, president, Credo Investments, and Amin Hesdin, chairman, Commodore Contracting, signed the contract for the project.

"We have appointed highly reputed contracting and project management companies for all our projects. Since Business Bay itself is a prestigious development, we have to offer an equally matching standard of quality to our investors in The Prism," said Mohammed Dewji, CEO, Credo Investments.

"Quality and safety pervades in all the projects we are associated with. This has created a feeling of trust amongst all our clients," said Hesdin.

Rashid said the location of The Prism is a great advantage. "In the sprawling 64 million square feet Business Bay, The Prism is located at the entrance, overlooking Shaikh Zayed Road," he said.

Work on three main elements of Business Bay — extension of Dubai creek, laying the foundation of towers and establishing ultra-modern infrastructure are going at full speed simultaneously. Already many global and local companies have chosen it as their future business location. Business Bay is touted to be the finest business district in the region and would provide quality business environment to an ever-growing UAE economy.
