Organised by the DUBAI World Trade Centre (DWTC) in conjunction with the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT), The National Human Resource Development and Employment Authority (TANMIA) and Zayed University, Careers UAE is acknowledged by all sectors as the ideal platform that brings prospective employers and job seekers together.

Shaikh Nahyan said: 'This fair focuses on the larger issues of employment of national graduates and at the same time contributes to the development of an effective framework for the education and training of the UAE's young people. Career choice and Emiratization of the workforce are central to the future progress of the country.'

Careers UAE 2003 features a full programme of workshops, presentations, discussion groups, industry panels and private interview rooms which will give exhibitors more opportunities to target their message to, and meet with the participants.

'We are confident that Careers this year will help exhibitors seeking out an emiratisation deployment to reach out to prospective jobseekers and students and we are positive that young UAE nationals with zeal, talent and requisite skills will find many takers at the event,' said DWTC Director General, Mubarak bin Fahad.
