Canon makes its biggest capital investment in ME

DUBAI - Canon Europe has announced the establishment of Canon Emirates LLC. The new company is created by Canon Middle East (CME) and GIBCA, its existing CBS partner in the UAE, and will report into CME.

Canon Emirates represents the biggest capital investment by Canon in the region and is aligned with the company's strategy to further accelerate growth in the MEA market.

Canon Emirates' role is to consolidate and reinforce Canon's position in the UAE through an integrated structure. The newly formed company will be responsible for Canon Business Solutions in the UAE, and all related activities: direct sales, marketing and services; which will assist in bringing Canon's global strength to the UAE.
